SPECIALIZED LABELLING MACHINES
For almost 30 years we have been producing non-standard devices, in particular labelling machines. The labelling machines presented in the pictures are selected devices that have been created in recent years. All of them were made individually or in several copies according to the Customer’s requirements. Their dimensions and functions were adapted to the technical assumptions of the Customer. These devices were used wherever typical commercial labelling machines did not fit or could not be easily adapted to work with the existing production line.
Labelling machine for foil shirts
The labelling machine EB is designed to be installed in device sealing foil sections. The device and the tripod have been adapted to the Customer’s machine.
Labelling machine for inserting tags in the place of gaps on the rewound foil
The device is adapted to be mounted on a frame in a foil rewinding machine.
Labelling machine for cooperation with a robot transporting pots
The EW series labelling machine is designed to work with a robot. In the version shown in the picture, the device placed the label on the suction unit with the sticky side facing up. The robot, which is transporting the pots applied them to the labeller and picked up the labelled ones.
Labelling machine for cooperation with a robot with an additional label guiding on the actuator
This labelling machine is designed to work with a robot, which is equipped with a suction unit and an additional cylinder that feeds the label to the inside of the package. Dimensions of the device are adapted to the narrow space in the Customer’s machine.
Labelling machine for closing with a label, foil packaging of disposable hygienic wipes
The device is built for installation in the old, packaging technological line, in which there was never a place for a labelling machine.
Labelling machine for automatic labelling of crayons
A small tabletop device designed for automatic labelling of crayons thrown into the tray.
Five labelling machines connected for installation in the production line
The assumption during the design was to fit five labellings machines next to each other in a small space, which would simultaneously apply labels to a ribbon of foil moved under them
